Blaze is my new favorite pizza place! I've been there about three or four times so far. I love building my own pizza with unlimited toppings. The concept is great, it's incredibly inexpensive, and everything tastes so fresh! The crust is amazing and cooked perfectly each time I have been. Also, the staff really seem to go out of their way to be friendly and engaging. Everyone that works there just seems to be in a really great mood all the time, which definitely adds to the Blaze experience. Can't wait to go back!

The first time I ever heard about Blaze was when CM Blue send out an event shout out about a pizza event in Boca. Now I imagined this to be a fancy place in Boca charging an arm n a leg but when we got their we found out this was the chipotle of pizzas. We enjoyed the yelp event thoroughly and since then we decided we would try them again even though it is good 30 minute drive from our place. The concept is similar to chipotle. You can build your own pizza or choose from one of their signature offerings. Within 7 minutes you are at the table enjoying your creation. They are super busy but blaze has an excellent staff well trained so that they can handle the rush that comes through the doors. This location has seating inside and out so if the weather is good you can enjoy the 180 second thin crust while enjoying the Boca breeze!!!!!!!

Many of my coworkers frequent at Blaze Pizza. I decided to see what the hype was. I glanced at their menu online and immediately sold when I saw vegan cheese as an option. I hopped in my car and headed over to the pizza place. When I got there, I realized that I pass this place every day and never noticed it - shame on me. As I walked in, the lady behind the counter greeted me. She asked if this was my first time because of the way I was staring at the menu. I told her it was, and she explained the various options of how to order there. I decided to create-my-own pizza. She grabbed the nicely flattened dough ready to be loaded with toppings. I debated if I should try to the vegan cheese or stick with the regular dairy - I chose the dairy. I asked the lady to top my pizza with the regular red sauce, mozzarella. feta, roasted garlic, chopped garlic (yes, I love garlic that much), and spinach. I requested the pizza to go. When it was ready, the guy took it out of the oven and was boxing it for me. He asked if I wanted to add any oils to it - I chose the pesto and olive oil option. Overall, my experience here was great. They are fast, friendly, inexpensive and delicious. I was pleased with the pizza - it was delicious. I'll will come back for lunch again.

Amazing concept! Blaze serves up custom pizza at a tremendous deal super quickly. The cost for any specialty or build your own is only 7.95, unlimited toppings! No up charge for any toppings or add ons! Came with a friend on a Wednesday and there was a bunch of people there, mostly college kids. The line went quickly and we started the ordering process. It's assembly line style so you first tell a person your name and type of pizza you want. That gets passed to two others who add the sauce, cheese and other toppings. The service was fantastic I was impressed how every person in the assembly line including the cashier all greeted me by name. There are three sauce types (red, spicy red, white) and a handful of cheese types (mozz, ovilini mozz, blue, gorganzola, feta, etc) then meats and then a bunch of veggies. I got the spicy red sauce with mozz, ovilini mozz, bacon, fresh basil, garlic, artichoke, mushrooms, tomato, zucchini, and oregano. They have a few beers to choose from but I opted for an iced tea. The pizza is then fast fired for 3 minutes in the super hot oven and they call your name for pick up. Pizza tasted great. The crust is nice and thin and the perfect size for one hungry person. Overall this is a brilliant pizza concept and I'm sure will be spreading like wildfire.

I didnt think id be into it- but i dig it! The chipotle model of pizza- allows you to customize your personal pizza to go as traditional or as foodie as you like. I got mine with pesto, fresh mozzarella, basil, fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves and artichoke- requested crust extra crispy so they may have to pop it back into their oven a few extra times. My man got the red sauce, shredd mozz and pepperoni. We both get what we want and were happy. The toppings are plentiful and so are the drink choices. Atmosphere is similar to a chipotle- casual, anything goes, lively. I'd go back.

Other than the pressed out dough, which is just a little too mold-perfect for my liking, everything else flows here. Think Chipotle but pizza. Quality ingredients, with a build-your-own thing and a nice hot oven to get them done in 4-8 minutes.

Ok, let's blaze away. Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is a great place to get your pizza fix in a fast way. They cook pizza in 180 seconds, with whatever you want on it. This means 20 toppings and many choices. The first time I went, I went overboard with trying all the toppings. The toppings are very fresh. Yesterday, however I limited myself to choose 4 toppings and it tasted much better to me. So less is more in my theory. The employees are very nice because they are patient while your choosing. They let me put pineapple and zucchini on one side of the pizza. The other side I put mushroom and basil. I liked my creation a lot. For sauces you can choose between three: Classic red, spicy red or white. The crust is thin and crispy. They also have salads but they were prepackaged, I'm not sure if they make those on the spot as well or not. They have fountain drinks and bottled drinks. Overall, I love the concept and the fact that it has become a local favorite. The bustling of this location was at a constant speed with many people doing pick up or sitting down to eat. The employees work fast and with a sense of blazing urgency. It's a blazing good experience, go try it out.~

The best pizza I have had in FL! The crust stays crispy & the gluten free crust manages to retain a delicious texture, it's my one & only pizza stop!

I really like this concept. It is like the Chipotle of pizza. You have various dough, sauce and topping options. Being able to truly customize your pie is awesome. The staff was super friendly, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The line was a pretty decent size (10 people deep) when I arrived, but they did a great job at getting everyone taken care of quickly. The reason I am giving 3 stars? My pizza, while having a good flavor, was SO soggy. I don't know if it is because you need to eat it right when it gets out of the oven in the restaurant, but I drove a few blocks back to work with it. It was still warm, but everything except for the crust of the pizza was soggy and couldn't hold up my pie. I'll probably try again and eat there, but I definitely think there is better pizza in the area.

The Chipotle of pizza. An awesome experience. You have the choice of creating your own pizza, choosing a pre-made selection of pizza, or a plain cheese pizza. For $7.59 you can choose all the toppings you want for your custom pizza. As you move down the line of toppings, a new person adds on what ever you want to your pizza and then puts in the oven for a 180 second fast fire'd cooking of the pizza. A fun and delicious experience.

This place has it going on....I just wish I thought of it first! Fast healthy food...the way you want it.. We ordered pizza off their list...and still got to add whatever we wanted for 7.95.... good size, thin crust good for folding. It's good...worth a try

  • Heather M.

I ordered the white top pizza and it was delicious! #yum ! In addition to the regular toppings I added mushrooms and spinach. The thin crust is so yummy! Tried this place for the first time today! They get a crowd for lunch but they we're quick and efficient and very friendly. I will certainly be back for more!

I love this concept and I love the pizza. I am a true pizza snob (it's the NYer in me) and I pretty much stick to only two or three places. I stay away from the chains that advertise on TV every five minutes because I just don't like it. Blaze is a chain but they are doing it right. You have total control of what goes on your pizza and you watch them make it too. Think of the Chipotle concept but with more options. They have gluten free dough if you ask for it. They cook all the pizzas in the same oven so be careful if you are gluten sensitive. All the pizzas are personal size (11 inches). As you go down the line you simply tell them what to put on it, they bake it in only 180 seconds and that's it. Really, its that simple. Blaze considers 11 inches a personal size but I easily got two meals out of mine. The crust is thin and crispy and for me it's pretty hard to believe that in just 180 seconds you will have a decent pizza that is fresh, hot and unique. I feel that you can create a unique pizza creation here because of the variety of toppings that they offer. They have all the standard toppings plus others that you will pay a premium charge for at most other pizza places. Not here because you have a set price. You can get a cheese pizza for $5.00 or a one topping pizza for $5.95. BUT for $7.95 you can order any signature pizza and even add extra toppings at no additional cost. OR simply make your own and add as many toppings as you want for just $7.95. Unlike other places they have three sauces to choose from. Classic red, spicy red or a white cream sauce. I had the spicy red and it was not overly hot and I enjoyed it. Next in line is the cheese. Of course they have the standard shredded mozzarella but you can also have fresh buffalo mozzarella, ricotta and gorgonzola. No premium upcharges, your price stays the same. For the protein toppings they offer two types of meatballs (Italian Pork or Turkey), grilled chicken and even applewood bacon. I'm not sure I would call bacon a protein but if you want it they have it. They have the normal traditional meat toppings too. I loved the veggie selection. They have two kinds of garlic (chopped or roasted). I had the roasted garlic and it was perfect. I was surprised to see artichokes, spinach, zucchini and sautéed onions in addition to all the other veggies. At the end you can top off your pizza with pesto, olive oil or BBQ sauce. I skipped the added sauce because my pizza concoction looked great just as it was. They offer a few different salads and I am looking forward to trying the roasted veggie and gorgonzola salad next time. They serve beer and wine and have a signature desert called S'More Pie. One signature pie that caught my eye was called the Green Stripe. It has a pesto drizzle over chicken, garlic, roasted red peppers, cheese and arugula. That sounds amazing. Blaze is my one exception to my no pizza chain rule. It's really very good. You can order online at blazepizza.com . I would suggest going in your first time just to experience this great concept. I am holding back the fifth star because the music is crazy loud. It was very difficult communicating with the people making my pizza. If I could change anything about Blaze it would be to just lower the volume a bit. Other than that, I have no complaints. Excellent value for fresh quality ingredients and way above average pizza. I would definitely recommend Blaze.

The pizza at Blaze was one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever eaten. The crust was thin, the toppings were very fresh, the cheese was hot and melting, it was perfect. My husband and I love pizza, so when I got an email telling me that Blaze Pizza was opening in Boca Raton, and would be giving away free pizzas on Friday, we had to go. Clyde and I got there at about 3 pm. There was a small line of people waiting to get in. A restaurant employee was outside letting a few people in at a time. Our wait outside was less then twenty minutes. Once we got inside it was only a few minutes before we got to the front of the line. Getting a pizza at Blaze was a different experience. The pizzas are all the same size, about twelve inches. You can get a cheese and red sauce pizza for $5.00. A one topping pizza with cheese and sauce is $5.95. Everything else is $7.95. That includes their signature pizzas, or build your own with as many toppings as you want. My pizza had pepperoni, meatballs, mozzarella, red sauce, jalapeno peppers, and pineapple. It was free Friday, but would have been $7.95 if I had paid for it. The pizzas are fast-fire'd and cook in 180 seconds. They call your name when it's ready. Clyde got the BBQ chicken pizza with gorgonzola cheese. It was delicious. They also sell soft drinks, salads, and s'more pie for dessert. You can eat there or take it with you. I've only been there once, and that was for their grand opening. I hope I love their pizzas as much when I go back. I'll let you know.

I can't tell if its sad or amazing the I find this better of 90% of the pizza places down here. But their pizza is good. Like actually amazing. First, the toppings are solid and they give you a lot. Its like the Subway of pizza, so you see all the ingredients up front. Seeing as I despise both Subway and Chipotle, I was skeptical of this. But their stuff is good - definitely above any other chain pizza places and above a lot of local places too. The crust is thin and crispy - they press it there so that's nice as you see them being made into the little pizzas. I got a create your own and my husband got the White Top, a speciality pizza. I got Italian sausage, ricotta, black olive, and roasted garlic with red sauce. While the garlic was a little under cooked, it was still great. Lots of toppings, well distributed, nice and cheesey too. The white top comes with the cream sauce, bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, and arugala. It was some of the better white pizza I have had - very flavorful and savory with the bacon. We also got a smores pie because we had too. It is pretty great warmed up, but nothing amazing. It is good to hit a chocolate fix though. They have blood orange lemonade! Its tart and good but very sugary. They have normal lemonade, tea, and soda too. Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and its amazingly quick. Awesome for lunch since yiy can get yummy pizza in well under an hour.

It his place is pretty cool. It is like the chipotle of Pizza. You get to pick your sauce, cheeses, and topping all for one low price. Then they throw your pizza in the oven. A couple minutes later and you are good to go. Only negative is the pizza is too soft for me. Maybe next time I will ask for longer cook time.

First time at Blaze. Pizza was real good, but more importantly, the way they addressed gluten-free concerns was phenomenal. I thanked the manager for her and her team's knowledge and professionalism. We will return!

So where do I start on my first event. I gotta say everyone was super nice. Just like I thought they would be and I was so happy to finely meet them. I have been reading their reviews and talking to them online for awhile. Britt was so helpful, she toke me around to meet a ton of fellow yelpers. The whole thing was overwhelming, as a salesman I'm never at a loss for words. But this time I was .. Lol So onto the place we was at.. The place is on the east side of the road. It's just north of McDonald's and south of the cvs. It's in the maga plazas at 20th and us 1 . The food was very good. It's clear that they make the pizza dough fresh. The sauce is also homemade. The rest of the ingredients were all very fresh. The pizza is a very thin crust style. The kind you gotta fold or eat with a fork. I always like that style cause you don't get overly full. I had the spicy sauce on mine and it wasn't hot at first. But the heat did kick in as I was eating. It did make me sweat by the 3 rd slice. They make it super fast and load it up. The place is awesome and I can't wait to take kelly there. I'm sure we will be hitting this place more than once.

The flavor of my pizza absolutely killed it for me. The concept is cool, however it can become a mess when more than 3 people are there. Inside it is loud and hectic, which caused a lot of miscommunication. Moreover, resulting in people's pizzas missing ingredients and/or the pizzas being burnt. Before I ate my garlic, mootz, ricotta, oregano, spicy red sauce, red peppers and chicken pizza, I told myself I wouldn't ever come back. However, after eating the pizza, it more than redeemed my chaotic visit. I recommend checking it out for a cheap and tasty personal pizza!

Great concept! Build your own pizza with fresh ingredients for only $7.95. This is simply amazing! Location was clean, and the staff was friendly! This is a win, win situation. Please bring this concept to Miami! Love it

This pizza place can't get any better! Build your own pizza with as many toppings as you'd like and it's super cheap! Not a big pizza fan, but I sure love these pizzas. The carnivore in me always gets all the meat toppings :D it tastes super yummy! They need to bring one down to Miami. Everyone will fall in love with it.

Amazing Customer Service! Build your own pizzas with unlimited toppings for $7.95 is unbeatable! Love this place! Pizzas are amazing! They also have different pizzas combos you can choose from that are just as good too! And, s'mores for dessert (additional cost, not much though) why not?!? You won't be disappointed!

  • Natasha A.

Yay! I am officially a fan!!! The pizza is made to order however you want, for just under $8. If you want plain cheese, it's only $5!!! A simple one topping pizza? Just under $6! Whaaaaat!!??!!! The pizza is meant to be personal size, but I honestly am full with half. The ingredients are fresh, the place is clean and you can customize your pizza SO many different ways!!! What isn't to like?? They even have a few craft beer options, some salads and a s'more dessert baked in the fire of their oven. This spot has become a GREAT option for my lunch breaks in Boca. The staff is super friendly too, and even though LeBron left the Miami Heat I will still be a regular at Blaze. Psssst...this Saturday for Pi Day, ALLLLL their locations are selling pizza pies for only $3.14!!!!

We had heard about Blaze Pizza for sometime and finally decided to visit the newest location right down the street. While they pizzas are (as another recent reviewer stated) "above average", when was the last time you remember one set price for a pizza regardless of toppings? Basically, all of the pizzas are one size and you can order a basic one topping, one of their signature pizzas, or a build your own. My lady got the bbq chicken pizza and loved it, whereas i built my own and had at least 8 toppings and my pizza still only cost 8 bucks. The ingredients aren't bad, but I think where they sort of "dropped the ball" or haven't developed to yet is a variety of crusts. Even if they one had one or two others would be nice, but all crusts are the same at Blaze. The setup is a lot like Chipotle where you go down the line and they put on whatever you want. The music is a lot like Chipotle with a lot of emerging alt tunes flowing through the air. The price point is about the same as Chipotle as well.. Basically, imagine if you went to Chipotle one day and they said "Sorry Sir, (or Ma'am) but we do not serve burritos anymore, we now serve pizzas. Well, basically you would be at Blaze Pizza. It seems like a lot of people have complained that getting through the line takes too long, but this is really related to the time of day that you go as opposed to the speed of staff, at least in our experience. The pizzas only take 3 minutes to cook, and when we went, everything went well and quickly. Bottom line, if you want a quick and decent personal pizza for now or on the go, they are good, but if you are a real pizza connoisseur this place will be a place for you to go just to say you have tried it.

Three stars for the actual food and one extra star for the superb execution! Blaze is an incredibly cool idea because of its incorporation of the ever popular assembly-style food line. The employees are very accurate with your order and the communication amongst them is very effective. As far as the 180 second pizzas go, they are quite a tasty snack and there are a variety of meats and veggies to top your insta-pizza with. You have a choice of traditional or gluten-free dough as well as picking your sauce or sauces if you want to combine them. Savory, juicy, crispy and fast! The price of food is very comfortable and I never feel bad giving Blaze my business. It's a fun, fresh atmosphere and I recommend it to all pizza lovers, fast-fresh lovers and to anyone looking for a BLAZE-ING snack!

Interesting concept. I was a little grossed out when a fly landed on my pizza as it was being assembled. The pizza I ordered was the veg out..it comes with zucchini mushrooms red onion Gorgonzola and a few dabs of tomato sauce. I also got lemonade (blood orange). I figured I would give it a try before the elite event on the 11th. The music is kinda loud so I'm glad I'm alone and not screaming over the sound. The crust is extra thin which I love. It comes out steaming hot..so beware on that first bite!! I would have liked mine to be a little better cut..ita a little tough with plastic. I like the gorgonzola on my pie. I can't say it was fantastic..it was ok pizza. No tastes really jumped out at me.. At least I tried it. The s' mores pie look delish...didn't try one though. One other tip make sure to turn at North East 24th Street where cVS is if you go through the shopping plaza it is torn up by the Publix and you have to kind of go behind where mcDonalds is to get to the free standing building of blaze.

Blaze is a like a chipotle, you come in pick your toppings and they put it in the oven for you. Very happy that they offer vegan and gluten free options. The topping options are great but they charge extra for vegan cheese, why? I wasn't crazy about the dough as it can be chewy so I think they need to work on the recipe. All in all, this place can definitely satisfy your pizza craving for a low cost. (if you are not vegan lol)

Blaze has fabulous quite unique pizza. They give you an individual sized thin crust with a variety of delicious selections. I love their pizza. They are a welcome addition to Boca Raton. They move the line really fast and the next thing you know it you are enjoying some of the best pie there is. I love it!

Quick and great create-your-own pizza. Must try the s'mores, and ask for them heated up!

  • Gabrielle N.

Blaze Fast Fire'd pizza is a new pizza experience! Similar to how Subway and Chipolte work, you go down the line pick what you want on your pizza. The workers are nice, the service is quick, the price is good, and the pizza is tasty! It's a little too far away to go there often, but I'll definitely stop by when I'm in the area!

    (5)
  • Peter S.

Pizza is reasonably good - thin and well done (maybe too done because by the time I got to the last piece it was hard). However, the salad (roasted veg and Gorgonzola) was a joke - less than a thimble full of cheese, less roasted red pepper and some zucchini that someone forgot to roast -only redeeming quality was lettuce was plentiful and crisp and fresh. . Pizza = 4.5, salad=1.

    (2)
  • Joanna S.

Been here twice now, once for the grand opening and then came back and brought friends. I think the concept is great, pizza is delicious, toppings are fresh. Only negative is how thin the crust is. It causes issues eating the pizza with lots of toppings, but using a fork and knife solves that! Overall for $7.95 unlimited toppings you can't go wrong for a fresh pizza!

  • Hugo B.

Great concept! This is the Chipotle equivalent for pizza. Fresh ingredients, pick your own sauce, cheese and toppings assembly-line style and then it gets popped into the coal fired oven. A few minutes later comes out your own freshly baked pizza creation! Friendly staff, clean/modern interior (again very Chipotle or BurgerFi like) with outdoor seating too. We tried a plain pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan) to keep it simple and really taste the quality. Very much impressed with the outcome. I can compare it to a thin version of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. Crispy, non greasy crust with a perfectly balanced sauce and good quality cheese. They did skimp a little bit on the cheese so next time I'd ask for a little extra. All in all, an awesome deal for 5 bucks!

    (5)
  • Jay D.

Interesting concept and great prices, however the pizzas are solely above average. The crust is good, the toppings are good, but the sauce isn't up to snuff. Imagine a thick, deep red, plain sauce with a canned taste with a sweet finish. The sauce really ruins the pizza. My advice would be to load up on toppings and ask for "light" sauce.

  • Chantele G.

Really enjoy this place! Second time here and the pizza is so yum! The staff is extremely nice. Love that you can choose whatever toppings for your pizza. And definitely worth the money!

  • Catherine H.

Just heard about this new pizza place and decided to give it a try. The concept is very similar to Chipotle. You can create your own pizza with as many toppings for one price. It was delicious and one of the best pizza's I have had in a long time. My only suggestion is that they need to be a little quicker on the assembly line. Definitely worth a try, will be back again and wish they had a location closer to my house.

  • Wil B.

A very nice concept and hopefully the future can allow for pizza both for foodies as well as students (stoodies?). A very good microbrew beer selection indeed adds value. Friendly courteous staff helps though the line members did not yet seem to know all the pizza options. As a result the "speed of the Line" could indeed improve, as can adding additional crust options, along with better overall flavor profile. For my money, Blaze stands as a better value proposition than the chain take out or buffet pizza spots, and a must if you're tired of negotiating toppings with so called friends that insist on dubious items like pineapple, extra cheese, and ground beef.
